Neurosurgeons Mathew Alexander, Stefan Konasiewicz and Melissa Macias are always up for a challenge and find just that as they perform some very delicate brain and spine operations. The center, which Alexander opened in 2007, allows patients to stay in the Coastal Bend area to receive treatment and not have to travel to another city for medical care.
