Cool Cafe

Cool Cafe is located in downtown San Antonio on the Riverwalk behind the historic Havana Hotel. Cool Cafe has been named the “Best New Restaurant” in 2005 by the San Antonio Express-News Weekender, and offers a diverse assortment of reasonably-priced Mediterranean dishes, fusing cuisines of Italy, Greece, the Middle East, Asia, and even Californian influences. Serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and open late with its bar, Cool Cafe has a laid back style with tan walls framing the space, and outdoor dining giving guests plenty of seating choices.

On the menu, a mix of crepes, kebabs, soups, pastas, and sandwiches round out the menu. The drink list includes beer, wine, sake, teas, martinis, and smoothies. The restaurant offers take-out and delivery services, as well as off-site catering. Perfect for date night or just a fun evening out with friends and family, Cool Cafe is as good as it gets for outstanding food, service and entertainment.

Cool Cafe downtown is a taste of the Mediterranean on the San Antonio Riverwalk. It boasts some of the best food in the city combined with a relaxed and classic atmosphere. Whether you are in the mood for something light and healthy or hot and filling, this restaurant can give you what you expect out of fine food.

Crepes, kabobs, pastas, falafel, and gyros, all combine on the menu to let you sample the best Mediterranean fare that San Antonio has to offer.

Its location on the river transports you from the worries of the day to a care-free state of mind.

It does not matter if you are on vacation with the family, on honeymoon, planning a wedding, rehearsal dinner, graduation party, anniversary, business luncheon, or just looking for a good place to eat. Cool Cafe is enjoyable for all.

The restaurant is made up of three dining areas and two bars. Each dining area has its own unique aura and feel. Whether you pick the popular Arbor that boasts a Victorian genteel charm with gigantic chandeliers hanging from its glass ceiling and over-looking the San Antonio River, or the Stella Room with its Old World ambiance, or the Isabella Room’s light and cheerful mood, you will soon discover which one is your favorite and never want to leave.

The two indoor dining areas both overlook a small downtown city street where you can watch pedestrians and Vespas traverse the pavement as if you are living a Roman holiday.
