This year, San Antonio On Demand is keeping it fresh by expanding its local content, adding comedy and a new travel category for its digital channel subscribers' enjoyment.

Fresh to the scene of San Antonio On Demand Channel 988 is local comedian Cleto Rodriguez and the hilarious first season of his comedic sitcom, "The Cleto Show."� The half-hour comedy episodes are created, directed and written by Gibby and Mickey Cevallos of Cevallos Brothers Productions. The Cevallos brothers are known for creating Nickelodeon's award-winning show, "The Brothers Garcia,"� which ran on the network for five seasons. 

"The Cleto Show"� depicts Cleto's quest to pursue his life-long dream of hosting his own late-night talk show in his hometown of San Antonio after working the comedy circuit for more than 13 frustrating years and giving up on being discovered by Hollywood.

Laughed at by his friends and teased by his family, Cleto enlists the help of his best friend and part-time producer, Jesus (Tommy Munoz), to write, direct and film his own talk show in the Alamo City. Together they are determined to turn Cleto's dream into a reality, but since they have no experience, no money, no venue, no crew and no guests, Cleto and Jesus must beg, borrow and pray their way to television stardom.

Episodes of "The Cleto Show"� include stand-up comedy, guest interviews, comedy shorts and live band performances all filmed at various venues in San Antonio.
